A Cable company located in the Northwest Houston area is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Reps to add to their team.To qualify for this Temp position, you must have 2 years call center or customer service experience, HS Diploma or GED, the ability to work any schedule assigned in a 24/7 call center, be able to pass background check and drug screen. Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required.
In this position you will be responsible for answering incoming calls regarding basic technical questions and problem resolution related to cable equipment (cable tx boxes). You will also handle overflow billing calls, offer additional products and services to meet customer needs. You must relate well to the customer and handle the call to the customer’s and the company’s best interest. This is a long term temporary assignment requiring a 9 to 12 month commitment. You must be flexible to work any schedule assigned including weekend work. This center operates 24 x 7. Background check and drug screen required.
Pay - $12.25 hr
