Bilingual (French Canadian) Customer Service Rep. A fast growing manufacturing sales office in NW Houston is in need of a strong customer service oriented individual to fill an immediate opening. This company offers great benefits and bonus incentives for a career minded professional.The job responsibilities for this position will primarily be answering inbound calls and responding to customer’s needs, questions, and challenges. All communication will then be inputted into Excel spreadsheets as well as their industry specific software.
This professional individual will need to have at least 3 years experience in customer service with heavy phone contact. Requirements for this position include organizational skills, problem solving skills, as well as time management skills. You must maintain an intermediate level of Excel, Outlook, and data entry to be successful in this position. Bilingual (French Canadian) is essential as well as strong communication.
