Major Energy firm in Downtown Houston has immediate need for a Business Process Improvement Analyst to support a variety of Call Center initiatives. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the analysis and resolution of global issues affecting the Customer Care organization
- Monitor effectiveness of business processes, conduct analysis, make recommendations, and coordinate implementation for system and process improvements to ensure timely and correct completion of customer issues
- Identify and document system and process requirements for improved operational efficiencies and global customer service issues
- Provide analytical and technical support to Customer Care teams for internal analysis of business processes
- Prepare reports, graphics, and spreadsheets for presentations and documentation
- Maintain ongoing internal and external customer relationships
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience with operations (preferably retail) in the energy industry
- Strong leadership/project management skills – Previous experience managing/leading projects from start to finish REQUIRED
- SAP – CCS experience
- Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Professional writing and oral communication skills
