To qualify for this Direct Hire position, you must have Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, the ability and technical knowledge to perform flow calculations as would pertain to response times and flow rates through various hydraulic circuits. Skill use of Inventor and AutoCAD and the ability to perform finite element analysis are highly preferred.

In this position you will be responsible for in depth knowledge of hydraulic controls and applications pertaining to equipment selection and creating hydraulic flow diagrams (circuits).

Other requirements are:
• Knowledge of troubleshooting hydraulic circuits and resolution of design issues
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and supervise design and drafting personnel as needed
• Knowledge concerning skid mounted power units and control skids
• Ability to perform any needed calculations for strength of materials pertaining to work within subsea drilling control systems and associated skid mounted equipment
