To qualify for this Direct Hire position you must have Minimum 5 years in a ETO(engineered to order) manufacturing environment, Minimum 7 years in a material and/or purchasing assignment with a concentration in an ETO (engineered to order) materials environment.

A manufacturing company located in the Hobby Airport is seeking a Senior Buyer to add to their team.

In this position you will be responsible for the tactical and strategic management of a commodity or commodities. The Purchasing Buyer Senior will be an expert on those commodities and the feedstock of those commodities. The Purchasing Buyer Senior may direct the activities of other Purchasing Buyer in an effort to achieve assigned strategic initiatives for Purchasing and/or the Business. The Purchasing Buyer Senior will solicit, evaluate, negotiate, and then purchase materials and/or services.
