Job Description:
100% on-time delivery with regards to client expectations, Minimum level of mutually agreed upon prospecting behaviors per month, Weekly sales training – 2 hrs/minimum, Weekly reporting of key performance metrics, A no-problem, whatever-it-takes attitude, Positive feedback from clients – they express that they like working with you, Promptness to the office and meetings. Compensation: $50,000 – 70,000 expected first year earnings based on performance (base salary and commission). Annuity compensation structure increases total compensation each year as total billing increase. Expected second year earnings $70,000 – 85,000; Company car or car allowance, Benefits, Expenses covered, Professional sales training program provided with membership into Sandler President’s Club Business development supported by marketing and business development from Apollo Sales & Marketing Group.
