To qualify for this Direct Hire position, you must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3-5 years of audit experience for a public firm, familiarity with the accepted accounting practices involved in monitoring financial systems and resolving accounts, Advanced Excel and Word. CPA, Big 4 experiences are highly preferred.
A Public Accounting company located in the Greenway Plaza is seeking an Audit Supervising Senior to add to their team.
In this position you will be responsible for preparing the audit program for approval, including timeline, budget, scheduling and personnel required. Managing the audit/assurance process. Also responsible for all aspects of audit and financial reporting including, but not limited to, risk assessments, internal controls evaluation, and determining audit effectiveness.
Position requires a BA in Accounting or Finance, three to five years of experience in an audit setting and familiarity with the accepted accounting practices involved in monitoring financial systems and resolving accounts, and advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills. CPA is preferred.
