Job Description:
A Fabrication Shop Forman position located in North Houston. Must have 10 years experience, able to organize workflow, delegate work, and schedule personnel both mechanic and welding; fabrication is a MUST. Duties include direct and coordinate production, develop budgets and approve expenditures. Participate in hiring, training, evaluation, and discharge of staff.
