Job Description:
An Operations company located in the Houston - Sugarland area is seeking an Adm Support / Administrative Assistant to add to their team.

In this position you will be responsible for Executive Management Coordination - Create and manage the President’s daily schedule. - Coordinate meetings between production teams, Clients and Executive Management as needed. - Coordinate expense reports for the President. - Interface with all internal departments (HR, Accounting, Production, etc.) as needed. - Coordinate and assist in Executive projects as necessary. Office Coordination - Assist Recruiting Coordinator with HR related events and communications. - Coordinate and manage the purchasing pipeline for the company (travel, software, supplies, etc). - Coordinate all events for the company (tradeshows, employee events, etc). - Manage the presentation of the studio (including work areas, conference room and break room). - Manage the quality of experience of visitors to the studio. - Coordinate and assist in office related projects as necessary.

Pay - $35K-$38K
