To qualify for this Direct Hire position, you must have 5-10 years of property management experience . Bachelor's degree
are highly preferred.
An Oil and Gas company located in the Galleria area is seeking
a Property Manager to add to their team.
In this position you will be responsible for collecting rent, taking care of tenants needs, depositing checks, bookkeeping, leases, rent roll, responding to any emergencies, and supervising the maintenance crew.
